With many important topics being covered at the AGM next weekend, make sure your club has a voice. One major topic to be addressed is the proposed updated to the handbook on b-sides for senior clubs for the fall league season. The proposed language is:

B-side Forfeiture Penalty:
Teams required to field a second side (B-side) that fail to do so will be penalized as follows:
- Reports of B-side forfeits will be submitted to the Division Director
- The A-side will be noted as having received the -1 point forfeit
- Teams with repeated B-side forfeits may be ineligible for promotion, as well as considered for relegation by Division Directors and Executive Director.
- B-side matches are defined as 15 v 15, with a minimum of 20 minute halves
The B-side forfeiture penalty may be waived when, and only when, both teams agree not to play a B-side match. This agreement must be finalized and communicated to the Division Director (both clubs must communicate the decision) via email/phone call no later than 5pm (EST) on the Wednesday before the scheduled match.

The 2015 NERFU Annual General Meeting will be held next Saturday (Feb 7th) at 10 AM at the Worcester DCU Center.
