The New England Rugby Football Union ("NERFU") has created this privacy statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following is a full description of our information gathering and dissemination practices for www.nerfu.org and other Internet web sites owned by the NERFU and its associated companies.

Collection of Information

In general, you can visit the NERFU website(s) without providing personal information. However, there may be times when we will request personal information in order to participate in our site's activities. Information is typically requested when you wish to enter contests, contact us, or participate in one of our online debates.

The only information we presently collect when you visit our web site, through the use of "cookies", is your default Division and Conference. The contact information we collect is used to deliver the information you request from us. It is used to contact you when necessary. It is also shared with other rugby related organizations and may be shared with marketing organizations that are affiliated with or sponsor the NERFU.

Our site makes forums, message boards, contacts pages, and/or newsgroups available to its users. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas is public information.
